Gary and his son Mike were both very professional. I chose UV Window Solutions for 2 reasons - they had a 5* rating and they were in Hanwell. Gary showed up on time for the quote, was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and suggestions, not at all pushy - I could tell he was a good guy!.He gave me a quote and estimated date of delivery; when the windows arrived, he called to set a date/time for installation 2 days later. Gary and Mike installed the windows in a few hours with no mess whatsoever left behind.
