A floor in the second level room of our house was increasingly becoming bouncy over the years. We contacted the company and a gentleman came to inspect it. He spent a good amount of time looking through spaces in the floorboards using flashlights and taking measurements and notes and looking for every portion of the floor that was unstable. After identifying the issue and creating a plan, he let us know that accessing the space with minimal damage would be through the ceiling downstairs below the room. We agreed.
