About Value Village
Value Village is a large, organized thrift retailer offering high-quality, gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. The store has a good selection, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Customers appreciate the variety of items and find it to be a decent place for treasure hunting, though many note that some prices are still high, with some items priced higher than expected or still showing original tags. The self checkouts are often crowded and can be frustrating, with employees sometimes standing too close while scanning, making it uncomfortable for shoppers. Despite these issues, many customers enjoy shopping at Value Village for the variety and for supporting a business that benefits local non-profit organizations. The store remains a popular choice for those looking for second-hand items and good deals.
