Just had my first visit with Isabelle at Urban Salon & Spa in Regent Mall (Fredericton) today. She was Absolutely Fantastic! I learned a lot about my hair that no one has ever told before. Seriously no one. I knew that I could see lots of fine flyaway broken/split end looking hair midway though my hair length, but i had absolutely no clue what was causing it. Isabelle chatted with me about my hair and was able to diagnose my midlength split end issue right away. My midlength split ends were actually worse than the bottom split end hair. I've been here a few times and usually ask for Hanna, but all the other girls have been wonderful too. I especially like the full pedicure which includes your choice of a massage using either hot towels or hot stones.....I highly recommend the hot stones, especially since there is no difference in price. It is a truly relaxing and pampering experience.....it's the first spa that I've come across that uses hot stones, usually it's just hot towels....not that there is anything wrong with the hot towel experience, but I just found the hot stones to be truly superior.
