I love Transformations. As soon as you walk in the door it feels like home. I'm a client of Caitlin's, and I have "difficult " hair, but she works her magic with it. Caitlin is a wonderful young lady, and best of all, she really listens to what you want. Transformations is also very COVID-19 aware, and that is very reassuring. I highly recommend Transformations and especially Caitlin.

Caitlan never seizes to amaze me. I’ve been going to Caitlan for a few years off and on, whether it be for colour correction (my bad haha), or just simply a fresh look, I know I can always trust her to do her thing. She’s made me a vibrant redhead on multiple occasions and she’s fixed my brassy mess. She also knows her clients. I am not one to do my hair everyday, so she knew when I said I wanted bangs that I knew I’d be crying in a week. (She wasn’t wrong people!) when she cut my hair, she left longer bangs that weren’t high maintenance, and I absolutely love it.
