I've purchased MANY times online from sephora but always had it delivered. But there was a sale where the product was only available in store, not online. So I went a half hour before closing time (knowing myself and poor impulse control) and I was completely blown away with how beautiful the store was and the staff were super helpful..

Unfortunately this location refuses to give out product sample cups anymore. I wanted to try a new foundation based on stellar reviews, but i wasn't sure which shade i am in that brand, so i picked my best guess and asked for a sample. The employee said they don't do samples anymore but that i could buy the whole bottle and return it if i didn't like it. So, i bought it, it was too orange on my skin and i didn't like the finish, so i had to return an entire $50 bottle that i used only one time, and that bottle will just be wasted when it's disposed of. I'm really disappointed that expensive makeup gets so freely wasted by this store. That foundation could still be on...read full review
