I buy most of my cats' stuff here. The selection is great. The Treats rewards accumulate fast. The order pick-up service is super quick with orders typically ready in 1-2 hours.
Won't pick up the phone. Fish are mostly bad quality. Website inventory not up to date, drove 1h multiple times to end up having the fish I wanted not available even though in stock on the website. Got questionable advice from this store about certain fish, when I pointed out I have 20 years experience with those and her advice was inaccurate, she said goodbye to the fish in the bag like they were doing to be executed. Other times, staff was great so I guess it is hit or miss.
Excellent customer service from Bowie ( miniature Australia shepherd and sales manager ) .. super helpful and customer focused. A true gentleman.loved his accent and tales of auntie Courtney in Oz . if I could give 10 stars I would 🙌❤️🐾
