They are superb!!!! Staff is patient, kind, and so helpful....some fixes can be done remotely, they take the time and patience to walk you through it....never making the client feel rushed or illiterate, stay with you til they are sure all avenues are complete and up and running. I would not having anyone else looking after my computer (and me). Five stars for sure.
