I was looking for a very specific colour of pink that I had done previously in Ontario while visiting. I had several manicures at different salons but just not quite what I was looking for. Phong knew exactly what I was talking about and did an amazing job! Thank you and Happy Birthday tomorrow Phong!
Love going! Phong always takes my ideas and pictures and makes them his own! I enjoy the atmosphere and have seen more customers being unkind to staff than I have the opposite. FYI to the lady with Lan about a month ago, you spent the entire appointment on your phone-talking, gossiping about the people you work with to at least 4 different conversation? Then complaining about your nails and trying to have her fix something that we could all see wasn’t an issue (your view looking from the back of your hand is very different from hers, looking right at the nail) and you couldn’t grasp that ?You were rude for the entire appointment and then so disrespectful!!!
