Bought my first electric guitar used, it was in rough shape, very dirty, so I brought it here for a cleaning and setup including new strings. Got it back the next day, looks and sounds amazing. Matthew worked on my guitar and showed me everything that the previous owner neglected, and what would need to be replaced in the future. Exceeded expectations and worth the money.
Dealt with these guys, among other L&M locations, for years. This location is exceptionally great. They're always happy to answer any questions I have. Recently ordered a new Steinberger from them and they got it in super fast. The staff seemed almost as stoked as I was for it to come in and really got me excited about my new guitar. Wish I remembered the names of the people I dealt with so I could gas them up, but all the staff are pretty great.
