I am in love with the service I received on Friday with Chloe. I went in and had my blonde highlights touched up and had more layers done they look amazing. Chloe’s knowledge and how she explains everything in detail I love that. If you are looking for an amazing experience please check out Chloe I promise you will not be disappointed.
