I presented Craig’s with a bit of a curve ball issue. It has been very difficult to resolve. However, the customer service, and commitment to resolution has been outstanding. I do not have a recent memory of service that has been focused on going above and beyond to find the fix and empathy for the customer . Special shout out to Gina! She is a true gem!

Honestly I don't think you could find friendlier or more helpful people anywhere in the city. The service is very good and efficient. I however cannot stress this enough to get a quote on the prices on parts before getting the work done, the markup is insane. I could have got my vehicle towed to another shop and saved money even with the tow bill vs the markup. I will not be back, if I wanted to be gouged 4-500$ on parts I'd go to the dealer.

Top notch service from the very first phone call. The woman booking appointments is so friendly and professional. I brought my 4runner here after having it at the local dealer and dealing with a wiring issue that no one seemed to be able to fix. The mechanic seems to have fixed the problem that has been haunting me since I bought the truck. They were very fair in what they charged. I wish I had taken it here before spending a lot of money throwing parts at a problem that ended up not being the problem. I highly recommend Craig's Auto!Services: Auto maintenance
