Great experience! Fixed my laptop when the screen was not working. Was helpful, honest and made sure it was fixed for good before retuning it. Really reasonable prices as well. Would come here again without hesitation for any computer hardware issue.

I called Computer Tech Experts because of some trouble I've been having with my PC unable to boot into my OS. I've tried lots of things and was unable to fix the issue. During a <10min conversation the man on the phone seemed to have a good idea what the issue was, and even recommended I save my money of bringing it in and just try to replace a faulty part. So refreshing to have a business that's' not just trying to rip you off, and provides support without needing to charge poor students like me. If I ever need tech support again I know who I'll call!
