Great service, was diligent and professional. Took his time explaining things to me and even in laymens term. Incredibly sincere and provided the best advice for me in my situation. 100% recommend to anyone with any sort of issue with their laptops or other devices.

This airforce vet is awesome! Dont take your pc to anyone else. Had a broken hinge on my MSI Ge75 raider he repaired the problem and made it so it couldnt happen again (msi should design their 4k laptops better), cleaned and repasted. Awesome guy great service good price. Thanks Mark but Cricket is for sure getting employee of the month ?
