Mark is absolutely amazing! Very personable and knowledgeable! My daughter’s laptop started to malfunction last night- we gave him a call and he patiently walked us through one step at a time in an attempt to get it running properly. We ended up having to bring it in to him and he talked us through a variety of reasons why it may be shutting down. Knowing my daughter has an interest in computer hardware/ software, he showed her all of the parts inside the laptop and how he runs diagnostic tests. We truly enjoyed spending the afternoon in his shop while he troubleshooted various issues that could potentially be causing the problem. He concluded that he believes it’s the ram and said to give him a call to let him know if it continues to run well or continues to have any issues. He truly cares about his customers! Highly recommend him to anyone!!
When my wife's laptop touchscreen broke, Mark helped us order the right replacement from China and when it came, he fixed it in a few minutes for very reasonable price. He is highly competent and experienced IT professional, very friendly and easy to deal with. He explained patiently why did the laptop hinge broke the screen and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. Overall, we are completely satisfied with his outstanding service and would easily recommend Mark to anyone experiencing tech difficulties.
