My daughter and I recently moved to NB and have the delight and good fortune of moving into the Colpitts' Manhattan Drive estates (different buildings). The whole team at Colpitts has been truly amazing but I wanted to give a huge shout out to Sarah Goodine, a phenomenal ambassador for the Colpitts' organization. It is easy to see how this great company is so successful with employing such caring, super positive, highly capable and sincerely awesome team members as Sarah.

We lived at 10 Manhattan Dr as older adults and the crazy superintendent Sarah was extremely abusive and accusing us of doing things we never did. She’s insane. We decided to leave after three months of abuse from her. Don’t bother living there if you’re older adults and wanting a peaceful, cannabis stink free place to live. We really wanted it to work out but thanks to her it didn’t

Liz was an excellent superintendent, and her support greatly benefitted our community. Since her departure, I've noticed a decline in assistance, often needing to request issues 5 to 6 times before they are addressed, with resolutions unsatisfactory.
It's crucial for management to prioritize timely and effective communication and support for residents.
