I took a dress in to have a zipper replaced, was told it would be ready a week later (even said on the receipt ready on Wednesday). I went in a day later on Thursday and it still wasn't ready. No remorse, no apology. I said i had to go to work, I only drove to town early to pick my dress up. She rushed to get it done and called but I already had gone to work. I picked it up yesterday (the following Wednesday) and she didn't even do a nice job. The top of the zipper is visible, white frayed material showing on an all black dress and threads popping out all the way down the zipper. The most unprofessional customer service I could ever imagined ! I’m a regular customer , I m saying that so u can see how they treated me as a regular customer….I dropped a Burberry jacket to dry clean . 1st time I picked it , it was all ruined white spots all over …I called the lady on the phone to explain, she was super rude talking to me and told me if u don’t know about the dry clean don’t talk,and hang up the phone on me ( she messed with the wrong girl for sure )😁even though I was giving and taking in the convo at this point . I had gone in to drop off a bunch of linens to be pressed for my wedding, just to be told that they wouldn't be able to get the wrinkles out, or that it would take too long to get my desired results (bearing in mind, I did have one piece I tried to do on my own with a hand held iron and was successful, but the amount of work is too much to do myself, hense deciding to go to a dry cleaner). When I asked how long was too long, the answer I was given was "more than you can afford."
