Had a Turo rental client run over a nail on the highway around 4:30pm today. I called and was quickly transferred to a technician who was more than willing to take it on at the end of the day.
They stepped up, solved the problem fast, and saved a couple’s vacation along with a major headache on our end.
This is exactly how a business should be run. Textbook service. I wish i lived closer cause I would be back! Thank you!
Ben was fantastic in dealing with our Tesla! We blew a tire on the highway and our car was transported to Bridge Front Auto by CAA. We had to leave it there while we traveled back to Nova Scotia.
Ben took care of everything! I can’t recommend Bridge Front Auto enough! Thank you!
