I have a split level house and I was burning wood and oil. I contacted this company about 2 years ago, so I had this central unit for two or more years now and when I change I was kinda nervous to loose my wood furnace. But now two years later. Wow, I am still very happy with my system and it works great. I have no regrets of getting rid of my wood and oil furnace. Because of my stupidity I had to call them a few times at first and they were always very professional and quick to respond, even tho it was my stupidity.
