Ive lived here for half a year now, and not once when i have called the owner for help has he responded positively and actually done something about it. He usually gets annoyed or says he cant do anything about it. Do not rent from Stefco Enterprises if you like having any form of respect or feeling heard at all. His office employees try their best and work hard. Yet another case of a land lord probably gifted properties by a rich family member and has no sweet clue how to get anything done in a business sense.
