Nathan was really informative and helped my shoulder out as well as some lower back pain. He gave me some stretches to do at home and the next day after the massage, my shoulder had absolutely no pain at all, and I went for a 5K walk which normally aggravates my lower back and I felt nothing at all! He’s awesome and I will be returning!
I've never been the type to go for massages on a regular basis but since getting one from Meghan at the Dieppe location, I now go weekly. She is absolutely amazing and I ? percent recommend her.
