Ron and his team exceeded my imagination on this restoration. I was carried along on each step of the process. I could easily call and ask questions at any stage. The quality of materials used were wonderful and above all their attention to detail was mindblowing. I mean, they took care of the little things that you might overlook as a landlord when making the apartment whole again. I'd score them 100% in terms of Communication, Expertise and Performance.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the efficient , top-notch service that we recieved from DKI. It is stressful enough having a leak over the holidays with a newborn, and DKI was very professional , courteous and quick with their restoration services. My wife and I are extremely impressed with the final product and having nothing but good things to say about the entire staff. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We are impressed with the end result and quality of work. Ron made sure to communicate and walk us through each step of the process. Would recommend!

My husband noticed water coming into our basement around 7:30 p.m.We reside about 30 minutes away from the Dieppe office, yet DKI was on-site within 2 hours to set up drying equipment. Tim (Project Manager) came out the next morning to assess the situation.As a result of their quick response and action, we were able to avoid further damage.We highly recommend the DKI Greater Moncton team for your emergency water services.
