We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the incredible work completed during the restoration of the two bathrooms in our condominium. From beginning to end, the entire project was handled with outstanding professionalism, efficiency, and care.
We would especially like to recognize Claude Vienneau for his exceptional service and dedication throughout the entire process. While we were in the UK during the restoration, Claude consistently kept us informed of every detail and ensured we understood all the options available to us. His communication was truly above and beyond anything we have experienced in previous renovation projects.
Claude coordinated the various trades involved with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, always keeping us updated on progress and next steps. His knowledge, experience, and thoughtful suggestions were second to none and gave us complete confidence that our home was in excellent hands.
Over the years, we have been involved in many renovation projects, but none have ever been managed as smoothly and efficiently as this one. The quality of workmanship and the professionalism demonstrated by your staff exceeded our expectations.
Please extend our heartfelt thanks to Claude and everyone involved in restoring our condominium. It was a pleasure working with such a dedicated and capable team. On a separate note. Our condo board of directors also commented that the crews that attended the building over the three month project left every night with the place cleaner than when they arrived. Many restorations/renovations have taken place in our building and no other trades/contractors can claim such a respect and accolade.
Never in our wildest dreams could we have ever imagined that going to the bathroom could turn out to be such a thrill and great excitement... lol
