I called beresford roofing for a quote owner showed within an hour extremely nice and friendly guy, informed me my roof (that very much looked like needed replacing) was probably going to last 10-15 years longer because of the pitch of my roof he said at least 5 more years for sure! He helped and pointed out another part of the roofing with a different slope was changed not long ago probably cause the previous owner knew the 12-10 pitch roof would last but not the flat roof so thats why just that part was brand new. So it all made sense, owner of beresford roofing was more then helpful and very honest he wouldn’t even take $20 for coming out to see me! I can’t overstate...read full review
