This was my first time visiting Tech Operative. I was about to buy a new iPhone for $7-800 because I thought mine was a TOTAL LOSS! After probably 40 minutes of Brennan’s loving patience and care, step by step, he showed me that mine was TOTALLY FINE!! Personally,if I had ANY problem with a phone, I think it would be waste of time and $$to go ANYWHERE else!!!

Even though the gentleman did not work on phones, he was more than willing to help me out and see what he could do.
