Took my wool coat in and had some questions about the pilings that are occurring on the front. The woman was very knowledgeable and explained why that was happening and what to do about it. They cleaned the coat and it looks brand new! Amazing and very affordable. I'll definitely be back.

I recently took a beaded gown in to be cleaned. The person who helped me was concerned about the beading and referred it to Jim. I couldn't have been more impressed. Not only did he take the time to look at it, call me back and meet with me in person, but he gave me options. He could have very easily just taken the dress and cleaned it anyway he liked, but instead looked over the dress with me and pointed out the pros and cons of cleaning it there or sending it out to another company that preserves dresses. He gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision on what I should do with the dress.
