Jake Carter has always been helpful. The first time my wife and I saw Jake he was impressed by how we had things in order. We assumed you need to be a bit organized when having someone do your taxes. The previous year we had adopted our son and to our surprise received a federal tax credit (not that this is why you would adopt). Jake investigated the validity of this tax credit and not only found our last tax person had submitted it correctly but also found that we were eligible for a tax credit from the state of Montana as well. He has since done our taxes every year, although JCCS may cost more than H+R block or the like they are pure professionals and will go out of their way to help you.
