Charlie was great! He answered my call on a Sunday and discussed with me the issues I was having and what my options were. Even though he is super busy he was able to come out the very next day to fix the issue with my leaking bath faucet. Outstanding customer service!! Five stars for responsiveness and going above and beyond to ensure we had hot water when our hot water heater kicked the bucket. I was blown away when another plumber in town could not get to us for 2 weeks and Charlie with In-Sink was at our house the day we called, despite a full schedule. Charlie's pricing is competitive and the quality is top notch. I would not even think twice about considering anyone else for any critical plumbing need!
