Sara is an incredible healer! She has years of experience in many modalities, specializing in Cranial Osteopathy - including visceral manipulation! I have seen Sara for problems from hip pain to constipation to anxiety. I also love learning Reiki from her! I love my appointments with Sara. She has an energy that is healing and compassionate and she does wonders for my body and soul!

First of all, it hurts to close a heavy pull down door on the back of a large SUV... right on your head..... I got some weird symptoms after doing that. I was really hurting... neck, head, inside my head, and the point where it hit my head. I didn't know what to do. Sara was suggested... and wow. I don't know HOW she does it. With super gentle touches, she could figure out what was wrong and FIX it. After the session, I felt like I never hit my head. Headache was gone. Neck felt normal. And it felt like blood or fluid or whatever was flowing to my brain again. Really amazing. I hopefully won't slam my car door on my head again, but I would see her again for other issues...read full review

Sara is the greatest - my first go to when I need to regain my healthy status. Meets whatever needs of the day, provides amazing support, and great references every visit. I stay with her more consistently than any practitioner for a variety of issues.

Sara provides intuitive manual therapy. With over 28 years of experience and extensive training, she efficiently evaluates and addresses your needs. Sara rocket-ships your recovery from athletic or accident-related injuries, including head traumas, from pre- and post-surgical conditions as well as pregnancy, birth and myriad chronic conditions. A craniosacral therapist who has trained with multiple osteopaths, MD's and bodyworkers since 1994, she assesses and treats multiple levels and layers (fascia, structure, viscera, cranial, fluid...). Sara both offers and teaches Usui Reiki. Sara evaluates and treats breathing challenges, teaching as a Registered Breathing Educator certified by Buteyko International.
