It is a clean place with a nice selection of good and great equipment, charming decor, and everything needed for a workout. The staff is friendly, accommodating, patient, and encouraging. It is open anytime for a great price and also offers massages. There is a vast selection of items for purchase. Visitors find it a welcome and appreciated place to workout while in town.
