One customer described their truck as rattling like Jed Clampett's, but Joe was able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Despite any initial misunderstandings or lack of mechanical knowledge on the part of some customers, they have been satisfied with the service they have received. Same day service request for diesel fuel filters. Took me right in, picked up parts, and I was out in 45 minutes. Joe the young mechanic is very knowledgeable and explains everything you'd need to know. Pricing is in line with past experience. Recommended this shop for sure. JD the man in charge is a character from the old school. I liked him a lot.
After hearing about JD from Colton at the nearby NAPA, we called and got the most expeditious rescue! We were replacing the car's battery ourselves when the cable end broke at the connector ring. After an hour of struggle to replace that, we called in reinforcements. JD arrived and got us rolling enough to follow him from NAPA to his shop where he used the right tools, his expertise, and only a little bit of lost blood to break loose the frozen bolt and replace it. His timely assistance was worth every penny. Highly recommend!
Broke down in Yellowstone and I was pretty sure I needed a new alternator. Joe checked everything was ok and it was working fine. Didn’t have any more problem with it and he didn’t charge me. Surprised and grateful for an honest shop while on a road trip.
