First thing, ignore the negative reviews. If you have car issues, you want someone who knows what he’s doing, and that’s Joe. Bottom line, it’s going to cost money when you fix your car and when you’re on the road, who knows what can go wrong. I came to Joe towards the end of the day, while he was in the middle of finishing up a job. We talked about my car problem and he said he’d be able to get my car in the shop first thing in the morning. I brought the car in at 8AM, shortly after, he gave me a call for an update and took the time to show me and walk me through what was wrong with my vehicle. Absolutely would recommend the shop to anybody in the city of West yellowstone. JD provides an excellent service and does adequate work. Service was great and affordable.Thank you sir.The first time I came here I was a little bit disappointed due to a misundertanding on my part ( lack of mechanical knowledge) but now I understand. I could not be more satisfied with the service I have received.If you happened to see my previous review please disregard I did not know what I was talking about, I should have done my research prior to speaking out. I sincerely apologize for my ignorance.

I pulled in with a truck that rattled like Jed Clampett from the Beverly Hillbillies. JD had it fixed in 10 minutes and hardly charged me a thing to replace the broken clamps holding the exhaust stuff up.JD is a miracle worker and an angel rolled into one. (This problem had stymied my husband for months.) I can’t express how lucky it was to find a great mechanic here in little West Yellowstone.
