My HVAC went out and no one could get out to service it for a week. I called comfort solutions and Kory was out with in 2 hours and had me back up and running. Not only was the service outstanding but these guys were definitely professionals. They know what they are doing, I highly recommend their service! Great job comfort solutions.
Heater stopped working during a Winter cold spell, so I called Comfort Solutions. I talked to Robin, who was great, and she had an available appointment the next day. Jason came out and pulled the control board, which was obviously fried. Being that the system is over 20 years old, Jason told me the different options I had, from repair to total replacement. I ultimately chose repair and he was able to source a reasonably-priced universal control board that worked with my system and he installed it the very next morning. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I'm glad I chose them and I'll be using them for any HVAC needs I have in the future.
