Kory came out and fixed my leaking AC condensate box in my crawlspace. He was right on time, personable, and knowledgeable. I needed a new part and a new condensate pump...both were installed quickly and efficiently. He also taped the hoses that were showing signs of wear and tear. I can't recommend this company highly enough...good people and great service!
HVAC system was giving me trouble for years, but every time a service call was placed it performed like it was supposed to, so I would feel stupid for wasting their time (and my money) again. And, just like clockwork the glitches would happen again as soon as the repair-truck pulled back out of the driveway. This time, on a whim, Zach and Jordan decided to run diagnostics on the seemingly functional control panel, since the rest of the system wasworking fine... and Bingo! That was the issue all along. They replaced the thermostat with a new one and now every bug is gone. Thank you guys, for troubleshooting a deceitful problem and finding the remedy.
