When we decided to build a home in Montana the best decision we made was choosing Big Sky Builders as our contractor. The team of Caleb, Casey and Joe did an amazing job. Their business model made the whole process effortless. All the bad stories you hear about building a home definitely does not apply here. From the beginning there is a schedule and budget approved by the home owners. Throughout the build they stayed on schedule and budget, any changes to the budget were because of the home owners request. The end result is a quality home that we love. Big Sky Builders stand behind their work and if there are any problems they make sure it is taken care of. They even finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule! I still can't believe how easy it all was. We could not be happier that we chose Big Sky Builders! We bought 5 acres in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley 10 years ago for our future retirement home. After interviewing 3 different builders, we decided to go with Big Sky. When the Tiptons said it would be 5 months from start to finish, we were a little skeptical, especially after hearing horror stories from friends and family. But we broke ground March 30, 2017 and Casey handed us the keys on September 1, 2017. We were living in Pittsburgh and Dallas throughout the building process, and Casey kept us informed and sent us pictures every week. Their business model cannot be beat. Casey and his family is highly respected in this business and every one of their their subcontractors was friendly, courteous and kept their work area neat and tidy, and their workmanship was excellent. We love our new home and highly recommend Big Sky Builders.
