Headwaters Veterinary Hospital, located in Montana, is a highly recommended veterinary clinic known for its excellent professional care, accommodating staff, and friendly atmosphere. The clinic stands out for its efficient service, as they were able to schedule an appointment for a client who was unable to book with other Helena vets for annual shots. They also offer competitive prices and provide immediate consultation and surgery for emergency cases, such as a cherry eye consultation for a dog that was taken care of on the same day. The clinic has been serving clients from as far as an hour away since 2015, and their patients, including a Newfoundland who required orthopedic surgeries, still look forward to their visits. The staff's caring and compassionate attitude towards animals has earned them the loyalty of their clients. Customers praise the team for their professionalism, quick response during emergencies, and the ability to perform same-day surgeries, like knee surgery for a Pyrenees. They also appreciate the affordability of services, with emergency visits often costing less than expected. The clinic's quick, caring, and efficient service, along with detailed communication, makes it a trusted choice for pet owners.
Scheduled bilateral FHO surgery for my dog here. Really appreciate the staff team they all seem to really enjoy working there. Dr Hall was very informative and easy to talk to. I did not feel hesitant at all to schedule such a major surgery with Dr Hall.
If you are a bird hunter anywhere near Three Forks this needs to be your vet. They have treated my dogs through every stage from puppy to final and I've never had a complaint. They understand the extra things that bird dogs need, they have the ability to handle them (up to and including surgery), all at a reasonable price.
To start with this place cannot get a high enough rating, I very rarely leave reviews, but this place was amazing. I can't tell you how many people I told about it since my appointment earlier this afternoon. Everything about this place, including the employees, the atmosphere, the pricing, and most especially the welcoming committee (see photos), were 100% amazing they are the standard all other vets should strive to reach. Too often, vets are praying on how much you care for your pet that they jack up the prices charge you for stuff they didn't do or do unnecessary stuff just to charge you. The importance of this visit is i have never heard of this vet before today.… read full review
