Nancy was hired by the courts to be the visitor in our guardianship case. She preformed a zoom call meeting with my husband and I. I could tell she was taking notes, which I appreciated. She then typed the notes up and emailed them to me to look over. She got a lot wrong so I edited it accordingly, trying not to add anything she didn’t have written down. I sent it back to her thinking she would complete it in a professional manner. When she submitted her report to the courts it sounded like a child wrote it. Choices is a haven of peace and encouragement. Our family has had many opportunities to come to Choices for Change Counselling over the past few years. I don't know what their statistics are, but we are always helped with our problems and given tools to continue the work in our own lives. Both counselors are dedicated and genuine professionals. Truly an oasis of care!
