We were coming back from Havre, MT, to Kalispell when our Excursion that was overheating broke down in freezing cold January. We called Regina at McQueens who told us to bring it in. She met us in the tow truck, took us in, and offered us coffee. We talked for a couple of hours, so friendly, while the crew worked on our car and took it on test drives. After repairs, they sent us on our way and when we asked how much, they said no charge. We were flabbergasted and invited them to dinner in Kalispell the next time they stopped in. I was traveling thru when my radiator hose went out. I called and told me to bring right over. Fixed and on the road under an hour. Great place recommend to anybody AAAA+++++Service: General repairs & maintenance
