The Vidic Drilling team handled our well pump and VFD installation professionally and as scheduled. The installation team has even called us to confirm we are happy with the system’s performance since the project was completed. We are very satisfied.
We had no water pump not pumping in our home that we built in 11/2021. Vidac sent 2 young men to our home the next day after we called. They were amazing so professional and kind. They went thru and troubleshooted and found we had a wire short problem. They fix the problem within a hr we had water. Hats off to those well trained employees. My parents lost water on a Saturday and I happened to be out of town. I called around to a couple companies and Vidic was the only one that answered. They replaced the jet pump and had the water back running within a few hours.
