My parents lost water on a Saturday and I happened to be out of town. I called around to a couple companies and Vidic was the only one that answered. They replaced the jet pump and had the water back running within a few hours.

I was having issue with my water pressure. Called multiple plumbers and never received any call backs. Ran across the reviews on vidic drilling. One review stated they come out when no one else will, so I called after hours and left a message. Lou called me back a couple days later and came right out. He diagnosed the issue was a cracked well pipe. He left to get equipment and came back within the hour. Pulled the pump and what looked like a couple hundred feet of pipe. Replaced the cracked pipe and had the work done in around 2 hours for a great price. Water pressure is amazing now. Appreciate the quick response, professionalism and honesty.
