The service is fine, they pick up your garbage. Although they're quick to leave a warning note if you overfill even one time. They also complain if you don't leave your bin fully in the street for their convenience but will just put it back somewhere in the vicinity of where you left it. They have a fuel recovery fee added to each bill, whatever that is, and why we have to pay for it I don't know. They've been raising rates little by little nearly every billing cycle lately. I understand costs are rising for everything but do some business planning, let your customers know about a rate increase once a year or something. The customer service is A+, sooo friendly! They saved me money at every opportunity. The drivers are so kind too, and because of their patience, I haven't missed a single trash day.
