They want me to push my bin to a place 65 yards away every week. What's the point of service if you have to push a heavy bin so they don't have to spend 15 seconds to do their job.They also seem to be allergic to their phone.

Avoid at all costs. They will miss your pickup and call and put the blame on you.

Explore other options if you have them. Completely unprofessional. Particularly whoever called from the Polson office.

Update: they continue to miss pick ups months later. Absolutely pathetic company.

Worst company EVER to deal with. It’s way too big to know what it’s doing. Wasted time and money with the guys trying to get a dumpster delivered. One agent promised this day. Another this day, nobody knows what going on in MT from Indiana. Use local people only!!
