I had to get a small door. They had a large selection. So I made my choice and took it home. When I went to install it the next day....I was loaded with the wrong size. So back to town I go, which isn't close to where I live. The cashier saw my exhausted face, because projects have to be done in the heat, she immediately knew why I was there. She felt so bad. She went to see what they could do to help ease the mistake......They did. I left with the right door.
It's important to remember: we are human and errors do happen. I should have double checked. They should have loaded the right product. But true character is revealed in how we react to those errors.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch, and the products exceeded our expectations. I was so impressed with Larissa who helped pick out and coordinate the complete renovation of our kitchen.Larissa’s professionalism, knowledge and eye for detail was outstanding. Larissa was a pleasure to work with and was so patient and always gave us the time we needed. Thank you Larissa for our beautiful dream kitchen! ❤️
