“I had Ivan and his crew install Malarkey Legacy shingles on my roof this year. They were professional, good value, honest, hard working, and also went above and beyond for me when it came to installing my new roof. For example, Ivan's roofing: 1.) Along with the standard malarkey underlayment, Ivan's crew laid down approximately 6 feet of arctic ice shield along the edges of my house. As for my garage, they covered the entire garage with the artic ice shield underlayment and around all my vents. 2.) Ivan's crew made sure my gutter was fixed when a tree service company hit my gutter with their truck trailer (same week Ivan's roofing was installing my roof). 3.) They also painted my toilet plumbing and boiler/hot water heater vents to match my roof color. 4.) Ivan's crew tarped my entire duplex when they tore off my roof. When the roof was completely tore off, they collected the tarps, cleaned up the yard, made sure no nails were anywhere, and through the rest of the roofing install constantly cleaned their messes up and ensured no nails were in my yard or driveway. This is all that I personally saw, but I would not doubt it if they did more and I just didn't notice it.As for the crew, they were nice and very experienced. The newest guy on the crew has been working for them for 6 years, the rest of them have upwards of 10 to 25 years of experience. Overall, I highly recommend Ivan's roofing.
