Best experience ever! My wife and I move from the Flathead in 2020 and needed a primary caregiver! Called and got an appointment immediately, very impressed! No wait time upon arrival! We met with Jenaia Mcgreevey along with her NA Amy! Without a doubt this was our best health experience ever! All our needs met and handled professionally with great care! For 1 1/2 years the staff at this medical center became our family! Sadly to say we had to move back to the Flathead! We miss this professional staff dearly and would highly recommend that if you live in the area of Troy or Libby Mt give them a call! For years, I've been a resistant patient-& rarely trust doctors. I say that to say, Dr Sara Mertes is such an exceptional physician that I've noticed my doctor aversion is being "cured." The staff is WONDERFUL, too. At my 1st visit, I needed an MRI and Doc Sara & Nurse Ruth cut thru red tape I'd have struggled with for days or even weeks in Phoenix. (I relocated from there in 2018.) My visits with Dr Mertes are collaborative as she truly listens BEFORE she provides guidance or treatment. And she's cutting edge SMART! HOW refreshing! This is BY FAR the absolute best doctors office I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Clean, welcoming, happy staff, it's always so calming when you're there. Incredible patient care, they pay attention to every little detail, they truly treat you like family! I particularly want to recognize Riki Thompson as perhaps the best physician I've ever dealt with. I've been dealing with extreme anxiety and depression for many, many years and have seen many, many doctors, to no avail.
