“My dogs and cat always stay here when I have to leave town, which is regularly, usually once a month. I have always trusted the staff as my dogs are a bit nervous to stay by themselves, but they always happily go back with the staff when I drop the off, which is huge.
During their most recent stay, one of my dogs had a vestibular attack, and Russ called me immediately to let me know and took her to the emergency vet straight away. He was kind and caring to my sweet elderly dog, and made sure she received the best care while I was away.
The facility itself is clean and my dogs and my cat are all treated with kindness and care. The vestibular disease my dog suffered was not due to anything that happened to her at the kennel, just and an unfortunate event. While I wish it hadn’t have happened while I was out of town, I have the utmost confidence that she was treated with immediate care and the staff treated her as their own. I know she was well cared for in my unfortunate absence.
