*UPDATE* They wanted to charge me 45 dollars to tell me my pupil distance for a piece of equipment I needed. They already had it on file, I already paid for the test, but the girl at the counter said "Dr Benner requires a $45 dollar fee for me to give you that information." Highly judgmental, and hostile. Told me he has seen children who acted better with him when I was nervous about him getting too close to my eye. I have high anxiety, and warned him first, and he still went out of his way to make me feel humiliated for "wasting his valuable time" as he put it. If I could rate this in the negatives, I would. Very rude and judgemental man, I had to make 5 appointments just to get contacts because everytime I went he insisted I did not make an appointment for contacts, when I absolutely did, and he always made it an argument throwing a fit.
