We were visiting the area on our way to Canada when we were made aware of some changes regarding pets entering and returning to the US . Our pet is chipped but we were unaware that new guild lines stated chip needed to be ISO readable. I contacted Great Northern clinic and the staff was so responsive and helpful. As it turns out rules were clarified and I didn’t need further assistance from them. However!! When in the area again I would never hesitate to reach out to them for anything my pet Jazzy would need.
