Found mold in our bathroom, called Xtreme and they sent someone out to look at the situation, even went as far as to get into the crawl space to make sure they looked at everything! The same day we got the bid, and then the next day they were able to come to the house and fix the problem! Each time they sent someone, they sent me a text before with the name and picture of who was going to be coming. It was a great experience in a not-so-great circumstance.

Carpets appear clean, nice scent, just clean smelling not perfumed. Two rooms and stairs were cleaned . Taylor was in and out in 30 minutes. He was on time and was professional. I would use Xtream Restoration and Carpet Cleaning again to clean carpet in the future .
