TruGreen Kalispell has received mixed reviews. Customers appreciate the overall lawn improvements and the professionalism of some staff, such as Jordan and Mason, who diagnosed issues and made helpful recommendations. Many are happy with the service and the positive changes in their lawns over time. However, some concerns were raised about staff interactions, with one customer feeling disrespected over payment methods. There was also a mention of scheduling issues, as a technician arrived a day early, and a comment about fertilizing leaves rather than the lawn. Despite these concerns, many clients are pleased with the results and the effort to improve difficult, neglected patches of lawn.
Scheduled for Friday, showed up Thursday, I had not removed accumulated leaves so I guess we fertilized a lot of leaves! I planned to blow leaves Thursday afternoon so we could see the lawn.
Jordan came out as expected and performed the winter feeding. Had my doubts about the trugreen applications improving the look and health of my lawn, but much to my surprise, my lawn really has improved over the summer due to the treatments. Wish I had taken before and after pics.
We've been very happy with the service we've received and the improvement in our lawn. We're also dealing with a difficult patch of lawn that was neglected prior to our purchasing the house and has not received the necessary amount of attention from us in our busy lives. I appreciate Mason was able to diagnose some of our problems and make great recommendations.
