The lady who helped was very nice. I took my cat in for her first shave. I didn't think my cat would tolerate it since she is very opinionated about who touches her, but she came back to me just fine, not shaken up or anything so they much have been great with her.The price was right (less than Petco and Petsmart) and I didn't have to show her vaccination history like you have to with Petco and Petsmart (I'm from out of town so that is harder to get).The shave was uneven in 2 places but cats are much harder to shave, and they shaved her without sedation (impressive) so I think only 2 little uneven spots is a win.

I definitely recommend the Poodle Parlor for your feline friends as well. In the past, my fur baby usually had to be sedated to get his hair lopped off, but the cat groomer at Poodle Parlor worked with him and he came home with a great-looking lion haircut. The owners were also extremely accommodating and let me drop him off early in the morning before work, and wrote down any specific requests I had for the groomer. And very competitive pricing! Highly recommended.
