This was my second wheel alignment at Ron's. Colby did an excellent job, and took the time to show me an issue with a worn tie-rod. Better still, he was able to get and install the replacement part during the alignment appointment. Exceptional!
Went here to get an alignment after doing some work on my truck. I called to schedule an appointment on Monday, and they got me in on Tuesday the same week. When I arrived to drop my truck off, I had asked if they would have finished before 1pm (Dropped the truck off at about 8:30am) and they actually said they could get it done before noon. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and the lobby is cozy. The parking situation is a little chaotic and there wasn't many spaces even at 8:30am. They called me at about 11:45 and said the work was finished. $120 for a full alignment seems pretty reasonable to me, and they didn't charge me for anything extra. Overall,... read full review
In June, I noticed a jarring shake coming from the front of my truck. The staff at Ron's were gracious about finding a spot in their busy schedule to diagnose the problem quickly. They not only fixed my issue but also provided me with useful additional information about my truck. I highly recommend Ron's because of the kind, qualified staff who stepped up to assist a non-resident itching to meet a friend in Glacier Park.
